Donor and Sponsor Recognition and Opportunities
For 75 years Musicfest Northwest has put Spokane in the forefront of cultural events for youth. No other city in the United States offers as much opportunity for performance evaluation to so many students over such a wide range of ages. More than 69,000 talented young musicians and dancers have experienced the highest quality adjudication at a minimal cost.
The impact of our work can be experienced in the great music halls, institutions, and classrooms around the world. In the words of Archie Chen, noted concert pianist and founder of the Piano Academy of Ireland, “The experience and mentoring I received as a part of Musicfest Northwest for seven years launched my career and gave me the skills and confidence to found my academy. The training and mentoring also helped to launch my international success and recognition.”
The Musicfest Festival also has a significant economic impact serving more than 3,000 people during festival and generating more than $500,000 to support the local economy annually. The attached materials highlight the impact we have had throughout the years.
We invite you to join with us as a sponsor and/or donor of this outstanding program. In an era where there is less and less funding to support the creative arts in our schools Musicfest continues to cultivate the talents of our young people.
Thank you in advance for your commitment, investment, and support of our young performance artists. If you have questions, or if there is further information we can provide, please contact James Ennis at musicfest@smfnw.org or office phone at 509- 327-3455.
